I'm an intuitive, trauma-informed energy healer and am certified in Reiki Energy Healing, Crystal Healing, Clinical Hypnosis, Neurolinguistic Programming, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
While I'm passionate about helping others understand subconscious programming and belief systems that keep them limited in various areas of life, I've come to understand how to shift these blockages on a much deeper "soul-ular" level.
As thoughts evolve into beliefs and those beliefs continue cycling through the subconscious mind, energetic imbalances begin to occur, reinforcing the meanings our minds create about ourselves and the world around us, creating a powerful vibrational frequency in the body that attract or repels desired interactions and experiences in our lives.
But this doesn't only occur from our beliefs systems. Physical experiences and traumas can also create these vibrational imbalances that lead to physical pain, discomfort and reduced vitality.
